Our windows
- made from the best raw materials, that is, bonded solid wood – are distinguished by their precision, unique patterns and a wide range of fittings as well as an attractive price.
They are top quality products – excellent windows affordable to everyone.
Parameters of our windows:
n elegant three-layer laminated section,
n environment-friendly paint coating applied by means of hydrodynamic methods
(We offer a selection of translucent and solid colours for interior and exterior use. We recommend Scandinavian TEKNOS coatings.)
n heat-insulating window pane,
n envelope hardware ensuring:
- stable and equal pressure of the casement on the window frame on the entire circumferenc,
- wrong handle position block,
- smooth opening and closing of large windows.
As a standard all windows are fitted with double-glazed (single-frame) window panels with heat transfer coefficient as low as U=0.6 W/m2K.
We also use triple-glazed, double-frame window panels that additionally improve the heat insulation properties. The heat transfer coefficient is U = 0,5 W/m2K. The use of any type of window panels mentioned above results in limited loss of heat and thus your energy bills are reduced. We recommend using the glass panes produced by GLAVERBELL BALTIC GLASS concern.
A higher standard is fitted with security elements such as anti-burglar hardware and anti-burglar glass panes. We produce windows designed and made to meet the needs of the most demanding customers, including windows fitted with structural or internal sash bars or sash bars secured to the glass with adhesive tape (so-called Vienna style sash bars).
We produce several designs of interior and exterior doors - classic, grooved, glazed and panel doors – designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. When matched with the interior design they give you an impression of natural comfort. We make them from laminated wood of deciduous or coniferous trees.
Every design is available in many colours and with natural texture, which accounts for the unique nature of our products. Due to hydrodynamic painting with environment-friendly TEKNOS varnish, our doors will surely remain good-looking for many years. We offer a selection of translucent and solid colours for interior and exterior use.
The doors may be fitted with multi-position anti-burglar locks and anti-breaking locks.
Exterior door may be reinforced and insulated by means of HPL - PUR/MB boards.
All types of interior and exterior door may be produced as standard and non-standard ones, with solid wood frames, and with no frames, matching standard metal doorframes.
The durability of wood is further increased by application of finish varnish or paint coating.
The coating is applied in three layers: primer, undercoater and finish layer. The overall thickness of layers in the translucent coating, that is, coating through which you can see growth rings, is 60÷ 80 micrometers, and of the solid colour coating – 100÷ 120 micrometers.
The window and door coating must be reapplied from time to time not only for aesthetic reasons but also to prevent the protective layer from being damaged. It should be remembered that windows with translucent coating should have the coating reapplied more or less every three years. The solid colour coating, and in particular light coloured one, will have to be reapplied only every five years.
